At DOB-EG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.

How to Request

• Contact us at diab6297@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and reason for the return.
• We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Resolution

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
• If approved, you may choose between a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another item.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Items returned after the 7-day window
• Items not in their original condition

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
