Delivery and Shipment Policy

At DOB-EG, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across all governorates in Egypt. [Add any areas you do NOT cover, or note if you also ship internationally.]

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times do not include Fridays and public holidays.

Shipping Fees

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Egypt. You can also pay online using credit/debit card or other available payment methods at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details. If you don't receive an update, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within [14] days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Sale items and underwear are [non-returnable / final sale]. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us and additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
